- Customs and import duties are prepaid for customers in the United States. Customers in all other countries are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
- Our standard order processing time is 7-8 days. Urgent would be 3-4 days.
- Standard shipping time is 8-10 days. Express shipping is 4-5 days.
