Need wider bridal flats?

Your usual shoe size is only a starting point. Measure both feet while standing and send each foot’s length, toe-box width and heel width, along with a flat tracing. We can advise whether a standard size or a custom sole is more suitable.

A padded faux-leather insole is included as standard. Additional lining and sole options depend on the design; ask us which options suit your preferences.

We can discuss suitable colours, embroidery and embellishments using your outfit photographs or a fabric reference. What is possible depends on the selected design, and colours may look different on screen. We will review the details with you before you order.

Can I add initials or my wedding date?

Many designs can be personalized with initials or a wedding date for an additional fee. Tell us the text and preferred placement so we can confirm what works with your chosen pair.

Can I wear these for a nikkah, mehndi or reception?

How early should I order?

As early as possible, especially for custom widths or embroidery. Send both your wedding date and the date you need the shoes delivered. We will check the current production and delivery schedule before confirming whether your deadline can be accommodated.
