1. Measure both feet while standing. Record each foot’s length, width across the widest part of the forefoot and heel width. Include a flat tracing when asking for sizing help.
2. Tell us about your fit concerns. Mention whether shoes usually feel tight across the front, slip at the heel or fit differently on each foot. Do not automatically choose a longer size to solve a width concern.
3. Confirm the options for your design. Selected styles offer custom-width soles and optional velvet or genuine leather lining for an additional charge.

Plan for your hem, venue and outfit changes

• Bring your shoes to the final dress fitting. A hem adjusted for heels may drag when you change into flats. If you plan to wear both, discuss the two shoe heights with your alterations specialist.
• Practise the movements your outfit allows. Walk, turn, sit and try a few dance steps while checking the hem, toe room and heel hold. Address fit concerns before the wedding day.
• Check outdoor surfaces. Many Qhareed styles have leather soles. Keep them away from wet ground, rain and snow; bring weather-appropriate shoes for travel or outdoor photographs. Ask whether a rubber anti-slip outsole is available for your chosen pair.
• Plan the change into reception flats. Keep the pair accessible at the venue and check it with your reception outfit, especially if the hem length differs from your ceremony dress.

Work backwards from the first date you need the shoes, which may be your dress fitting, departure date or pre-wedding event rather than the wedding itself.

1. Confirm the design and fit. Allow time to review measurements, colours and any personalization.
2. Check production and delivery separately. Share your required arrival date and postal code before ordering. Custom details can affect production time, and transit is an additional step.
3. Leave time to try the finished pair. Plan for an indoor try-on and your outfit fitting after delivery. For a close deadline, ask us to check feasibility before you place the order.
