We want you to love your Qhareed purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

• Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
• To initiate a return, please visit our Contact Us page with your order number and reason for return.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

• We accept exchanges for a different size or style within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be in original, unworn condition.
• To request an exchange, please visit our Contact Us page with your order number and the item you'd like instead.
• Exchanges are subject to availability.

Non-Returnable Items

• Custom or personalized orders
• Items marked as final sale
• Items that show signs of wear or damage

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping is the sole responsibility of the customer. All costs associated with shipping the item back to us — including postage, packaging, and any applicable customs or duties fees — must be covered by the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

The only exception is if you received a damaged or incorrect item, in which case we will cover the return shipping cost.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
